Ingredients for dough:
Ricotta Cheese - 1lb
Carnation Dry Milk Powder - 1 1/2 cup
Flour - 1/2 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Cardamom Powder - per taste
Oil - 1/3 cup for dough + 1 cup for deep frying
Above proportion will yield 20-25 pieces

Ingredients for Syrup  
Sugar - 4 cups 
Water - 5 cups 
Procedure
  1. Mix Ricotta cheese, carnation and flour add oil. Make dough. From the dough make small round balls.
Depending on the size number will vary. Sprinkle some freshly ground cardamom powder.  It will add nice aroma.
  1.  Deep fry the balls until it turn deep brown.
  2.  Make syrup with 4 cups of sugar and 5 cups of water. Boil for 10 minutes. Keep aside 
  3. Add the fried balls to the syrup.  Once it soaks the syrup it will be heavy and will settle in the bottom of the pan. 
  4. Remove with a tong and place them on another flat bottom container with little syrup (to cover the bottom of the kalojaam). 
  5.  Next day take it out from the syrup and roll it on carnation dry milk. Serve it on cup cake bottom.
