Serving Size: 1 pie (6 persons)

 

Ingredients:

Graham Cracker Pie Crust (Keebler) - 1

Water - 1 cup

Gelatin - 3/4 th sachet of unflavored gelatin (preferably Knox brand)

Cream cheese - 2 oz, thaw out for some time before use

Sour Cream - 3/4 cup

Sugar - 1/4 cup

Mango Pulp - 1/4 th can


 

Cooking Procedure:

  1. In 1 cup boiling water add gelatin and keep stirring till gelatin completely dissolves. Make sure there are no lumps.

  2. Using a blender, blend the dissolved gelatin with the remaining ingredients (except the crust).

  3. Pour on the pie crust and refrigerate for 4 hours.

 

Serving Suggestions:

Serve cold.
