Easy & nutritious breakfast food!

 

Serving Size: 2 persons

Ingredients:

Motorshuti/ Peas  - 1 cup

Alu/Potato - 1 medium, cut into small cubes

Ginger - 1/2 tsp, finely cut into juliennes

Green Chillies - 2, chopped

Whole Peppercorns - 4

Salt - To taste

Water - 1/4 cup

Ground Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp

Butter - 1 tbsp (quantity may be varied as desired)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                    

Cooking Procedure:

  1. In a pan add all ingredients (except the last 2) to 1/4 cup water and boil. Cook covered for 5-6 minutes or till potatoes are cooked.

  2. When potatoes are cooked (and water has evaporated), add ground pepper and butter. Mix for a minute.

 

Serving Suggestions:

Serve for breakfast with bread, butter, and eggs.
