Ingredients:

Goat liver/Maete - 200 grams, thinly sliced cubes

Vinegar - 1 tsp

Pepper Powder - 1 tsp

Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp

Garlic - 1 pod, grated

Green chillies - 3, finely chopped

Egg - 1, beaten

Oil - 1 cup (requires deep frying)

Salt - To taste

 

 

Serving Size: 3-4 persons

Cooking procedure:

  1. Add all ingredients, except egg and oil, to the liver pieces and marinate for 30 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in a kadhai. Dip the liver pieces in beaten egg and deep fry (2-3 minutes each side) on medium heat till brown.

 

Serving Suggestion:

Serve freshly fried and hot with sliced cucumbers.
