Ingredients: The following ingredients will make 14-16 vadai: Urad Dal - 2 cups Coriander leaves - 1 sprig, chopped Green chillies - chopped (depending on individual requirement) Ginger - 1 inch cut into juliennes Salt - 1 tsp and then adjust as per taste White Oil - 2 cups*
* The vadai needs to be deep fried and thus requires more oil

Serving: Serve hot with sambar and chutney. Good for breakfast, and teatime. A South Indian delight.
