Ingredients: Chicken - 400-500 g, cut to small pieces Garlic - 3-4 pods, very finely chopped Coriander leaves/Cilantro - 1 cup, very finely chopped Green Chilly - 3-4, very finely chopped; vary as per desired heat Aji na moto - a pinch Egg - 1 Maida - 2 tbsp, heaped Baking powder - 1/4 tsp Salt - To taste Oil - 1 cup (for frying and can be reused for future chicken preparations)
