Servings - 2 persons Ingredients: King fish - 2 steaks (700-750 g), each cut into 4 pcs Onion - 1 small, finely sliced Tomato - 1 small, chopped Green Chillies - 4 whole, slit Ginger - 1/2 tbsp cut into juliennes Garlic - 1/2 tbsp, sliced Turmeric - 1/2 tsp Pepper - 1/4 tsp coarsely crushed Lime juice - 2 tbsp Coconut Milk - 1 cup (should not be very thick, otherwise dilute in water) Green Cardamom - 2 Cinnamon - 1 inch stick Curry leaves - 8-10 Salt - To taste White Oil - 4 tbsp
