Fish with Vegetables (White Pomfret Fish) |

Ingredients: Fish - 4 small whole white pomfret Vinegar - 1 tsp Aji No Moto - one pinch Ginger - 1 tsp, grated/paste Garlic - 1 tsp, grated/paste Turmeric - one pinch Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Pepper - 1/2 tsp Soya Sauce - 1tsp Tomato sauce - 1 tsp Cornflour - 1 tbsp Salt - to taste Sugar - 1/2 tsp Oil - 1/4 cup
Vegetables - 2 cups all together, cut into cubes Carrots, Beans, Tomato, Cauliflower, Capsicum (Bell Peppers), Scallions, Onions, and Peas

Note: The vegetables should be crisp but cooked. Serving: Serve hot with Chinese fried rice or white rice. Bhetki may be substituted with Red Snapper Fish available in most US grocery stores. |
