Serving Size: 2 persons Ingredients: Fresh mussels - 2 lbs Ginger - 1 tsp, grated Garlic - 1 tsp, grated Coriander powder - 1 tsp Chilli powder - 1 tsp Fenugreek/Methi Seeds - 1/4 tsp, freshly ground Whole Peppercorns - 10-12, freshly ground Salt - to taste Mustard/Shorshe Seeds - 1/4 tsp Whole Dry Red Chilli - 2 Onion - 1 small (about 50 g), sliced Green chillies - 6-8, halved longitudnally Curry leaves (Karipata)- 8-10 leaves Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Vinegar - 2 tsp Oil - 3 tbsp Ghee - 1 tsp
