Ingredients:

Ol kochu/Toro - 250 g, peeled and cut into 2 inch pcs

Ground Mustard Seeds or Kashundi - 1 tsp

Turmeric - pinch

Green Chillies - 2 (optional), chopped

Salt - To taste

Oil/Ghee - 2 tbsp

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cooking procedure:

  1. Cook Ol-kochu on a stove-top/microwave oven/ pressure cooker with salt and turmeric until well done.

  2. Drain water and  mash with chopped green chillies and 2 tbsp mustard oil.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve hot with steamed rice.
