Ingredients: *Lau-shak or bottle gourd greens - 250 g Ground Mustard Seeds or Kashundi - 1 tsp Green Chillies - 2 (optional), chopped Salt - To taste Oil/Ghee - 2 tbsp * tender leaves from upper stem are used for this preparation
