Ingredients: Alu/Potato - 2, peeled and halved Mulo/Radish - 4 pcs each 2 inch long Phulkopi/Cauliflower - 4 florets, big Kumro/Pumpkin - 2 pcs each cut into 2 inch squares Mishti Alu/Sweet Potato - 1, halved Onions - 1 small, finely chopped Green Chillies - 3 (optional), chopped Ground Pepper - 1 tsp Salt - To taste Oil/Ghee - as indicated

Cooking procedure:
Check that the vegetables are cooked but it is important that they are not overcooked..
Serving Suggestion: Serve hot with steamed rice or with khichdi. A great preparation for those in a hurry or no cooking experience.
