Ingredients: Motor Dal - 100 grams Potato - 1 medium, cut into quarters Radish/Mulo - 4 big pieces Kumro - 4 big cubes Drumsticks/Shojne daata - 4-6 pieces Potol - 2, cut into half longitudnally Ginger - 1 tsp, very finely sliced Green Chillies - 3, slit *Paanch phoron - 1 tsp Turmeric - 1/4 tsp Salt - To taste Ghee - 2 tbsp + 1 tsp
*Panch Phoron: Mix of equal proportions of 5 spices: Cumin (jeera), Fenugreek (methi), Mustard (shorshe/sarso), Nigella (kalojeere), and Radhuni or Fennel (mouri/saunf)
