Serving - 4 persons Ingredients: Mulo/Radish - 1, cut into 1 inch long thick pieces - about 12 pices Gajor/Carrots - 1, cut into 1 inch long thick pieces - about 12 pieces Alu/Potato - 2 medium, peeled and quartered Phulkopi/Cauliflower - 8 medium size florets Shojne data/Drumsticks - 1-2 inches long - about 8-10 pieces Green Chilly - 3-4, deseeded and slit Ginger - 1 tsp, julienned Tomato - 1 small, sliced Coriander leaves/cilantro - 2 tbsp finely chopped Paanch phoron/Five spice mix - 1/4 tsp Shukno Lonka/Dry Red Chilly - 1 Haldi/Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Kashundi - 2 tsp (see note) Salt - To taste White Oil - 1 and 1/2 tbsp
