Serving Size: 2 persons Ingredients: Tomato - 2 medium, slices (thick); the tomatoes should be tight and not ripe or soft Onions - 1 medium, sliced Peanuts - 1 tbsp, dry roasted and ground (optional) Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp Whole Red Chilli - 1 Curry Leaves - 6 Cilanto/Dhaniya - 1 tbsp, chopped Green Chillies - 2, slit Turmeric - a pinch Salt - To taste White Oil - 3 tbsp
