Serving: 4 persons

Ingredients:

Paneer - 75 g

Potato - 50 g

Green Chillies - 1, chopped

Salt - To taste

*Roasted Spices/ Bhaja Masala - 1 tbsp (prepared as follows)

Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

Coriander seeds - 1 tsp

Black pepper - 1/2 tsp

Dry Red Chilli - 2 big

 

Roast all the spices on low heat for 3-4 minutes till color of the spices changes. Grind (preferably using a coffee bean grinder) and use. Excess may be stored away for future use.

 

Preparation:

  1. Boil potato, peel and mash.

  2. Mash paneer/chana coarsely.

  3. Mix paneer with all the ingredients and the filling is ready.
