Ingredients: Rice - 3 cups Water - 4 and 1/2 cups Tomato - 3 medium, sliced Onions - 2 medium, sliced Ginger - 1 and 1/2 tsp, grated Garlic - 1 and 1/2 tsp, grated Curry leaves - 8-10, whole Coriander leaves/Dhonepata/Cilantro - 3 tbsp, chopped Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp Whole Red Chillies - 2 Salt - To taste Oil/Ghee - 1 tbsp
